At Leather Lab, we take pride in offering high-quality leather goods backed by excellent customer service. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple, transparent refund and return process.


Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of purchase. To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • It must include original packaging, tags, and any accessories

  • A proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) is required

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or personalized items (e.g., engraved wallets or belts)


How to Initiate a Return

To begin your return:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@leatherlab.pk with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Get Authorization: Once approved, we’ll send you a return authorization and shipping instructions.

  3. Ship the Item: Carefully package the item and ship it to the address provided.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or we made an error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt without tracking.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note:

  • Refund processing time may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error


Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for defective, damaged, or incorrectly sized items. To request an exchange, email info@leatherlab.pk and follow the return steps above.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement

  2. Contact your bank or credit card provider

  3. If the issue persists, email us at info@leatherlab.pk


Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, except in cases where:

  • The item was damaged or defective upon arrival

  • You received the wrong item due to our mistake

In such cases, we will cover the return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement.


Final Sale Items

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for returns or refunds unless defective or damaged upon arrival.


Order Cancellations

To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at info@leatherlab.pk. If the order has not yet shipped, we’ll process a full refund. If already shipped, please follow our return process.
